Shipping and Returns Conditions



The territorial area through the Store are the Canary Islands and peninsula, so the delivery service will only be for that territory.

Other national and international territories will need explicit prior approval from Almacenes Ferrer S.A.

Orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer once the payment has been verified. Orders are not delivered to hotels, PO Boxes or other non-permanent addresses.

Almacenes Ferrer S.A. is not responsible for any taxes or fees that may be charged in the customs space of receipt of the shipment.

For shipments to Lanzarote, the cost is free and the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, orders between 0.00 and 40.00 euros cost 4.80 euros. Orders over 40.00 euros have a free shipping cost. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

For shipments to the peninsula, orders between 0.00 and 60.00 euros have a cost of 6.80 euros. Orders of more than 60.00 euros have a cost of 4,80 euros. Delivery time is 1 to 7 business days.



Almacenes Ferrer S.A. offers a plus of 45 days from the receipt of the article to inform us of your change decision.

The cost of returning the items is FREE. Once we receive the items in our warehouses, we will proceed to make the return.

In case a return is made in physical store of an online purchase, you will be collected the item and the money will be returned in the same form of payment online, in the physical store you will not be able to make the refund of the money.

The items to be returned will be in perfect condition. They may not have been used and will contain all items (labels, packaging, etc.) included in the original shipment.

The shoe box is the original packaging. Be sure to pack it properly inside the shipping box so that it does not suffer damage to the transport.

In case of manufacturing defects or problems with the shipment of the item(s), you must send an email to with photos/video/explanation of the defect or a clear explanation of the shipping problem. Almacenes Ferrer S.A. will follow the protocol to evaluate the problem and determine whether the shipping costs of the return will be the responsibility of Almacenes Ferrer S.A..



In case of defective product, Almacenes Ferrer S.A. will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

The entity is without compliance within two years of delivery.

The consumer and user will inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 45 days of becoming aware of it.
